We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Site Manager to oversee the operations and success of our South East London dental practices. As the Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for team management, patient journey optimization, practice success, handling patient complaints, rota management, HR support, recruitment support, compliance support, accounting support, and other related tasks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of our practices and delivering high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Support, manage, develop, and train staff within practices to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
Maintain high staff morale and team well-being.
Managing the Patient Journey
Ensure efficient diary scheduling and appointment management across all sites.
Liaise with line managers and key stakeholders to ensure smooth running of all practices.
Implement strategies to improve patient journey, satisfaction, and overall practice team success.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Monitor and manage budgets, financial growth, and overall practice growth.
Set performance objectives and evaluate day-to-day running for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and present monthly analyses and reports of team and patient journey.
Oversee and manage patient complaints with team support.
Manage staff rota across designated practices.
Manage staff grievances in collaboration with team leaders and the HR team.
Assist in recruiting potential candidates.
Support compliance lead in ensuring practices are fully compliant with regulatory providers and industry best practices.
Assist internal and external accounting teams with queries.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to optimize patient journey and drive practice success.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling patient complaints and resolving conflicts.
Proficient in roster management and HR processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to travel between sites as needed.
Relevant qualifications and certifications are advantageous.

Job Type: Full Time (alt. Saturdays)
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per year (Cost to company, including bonuses and incentives)
The salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to the scope required, unique relevant experience and job related skills. At Zental, cash salary is only one component of our Total Rewards Package. Paid performance incentives are also included for eligible roles.
