Exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to join a state of the art, modern, boutique, fully private dental practice based in Nexleyheath. The practice undergo all aspects of general, specialist dentistry and facial aesthetics. We are completely paperless and have digital x-rays.
The ideal candidate would have a warm telephone manner, excellent patient centric approach, be well presented and looking to further themselves. Experience of working with Dental Software would be helpful but training will be offered. Duties involve communicating with patients, answering emails, communicating with accountants, preparing payroll information, managing other members of staff and stock budget. Some social media management required. We are a practice where honesty, reliability, organisational skills and attention to detail is essential.
You must have a strong proven track record of leading and managing a dental team and be familiar with CQC compliance.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience with Incremental pay increases and bonuses.

Essential Requirements:
✓ Minimum 3+ year experience as Dental Practice Manager / Assistant Practice Manager
✓ Experience working in private or mixed dental practice
✓ Team Management / Leadership experience
✓ Excellent communication skills
✓ Excellent interpersonal skills
✓ Can-do attitude
✓ Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year (Cost to company, including bonuses and incentives)
The salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to the scope required, unique relevant experience and job related skills. At Zental, cash salary is only one component of our Total Rewards Package. Paid performance incentives are also included for eligible roles. ”
