As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen brigade. Your passion for food and culinary finesse will be the driving force behind our daily operations. Collaborating with our talented culinary team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and unleash your creativity while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes with precision and artistry, following our recipes and specifications.

  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring all dishes are prepared to perfection and served promptly.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.

  • Support and mentor junior members of the team, inspiring them to grow and succeed.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a streamlined service.

  • Assist in developing new special menu items, drawing inspiration from local and seasonal ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a talented Commis Chef ready to take the next step.

  • A genuine passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to continuously improve and learn.

  • A keen eye for detail and an ability to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, fostering a positive and productive kitchen atmosphere.

  • Flexibility to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional service during busy periods.
