Strongman UK

Bexleyheath Town Centre hosted the southern qualifiers of the UK's Ultimate Strongman competition. For fans of the competition, this is the round before the final stages which will be shown live on Channel 5!

We watched as twenty of the country's strongest humans competed to prove themselves in the Ultimate Strongman which is designed to push them to their absolute limits. A huge spectacle for all the family.

It was a popular with hundreds of people watching this incredible show of strength. The competitors went through a number of different challenges.
