Poppy Appeal Launch 2024 Saturday 26th October

Honoring the brave and fallen of Bexleyheath and its surroundings, the 2024 Poppy Appeal will be launched with a special event. The Poppy Appeal traditionally kicks off towards the end of October and extends until Remembrance Sunday.

Bexleyheath Town Centre will host a day of activities uniting residents, visitors, local forces, and historical groups.

Join us on Saturday 26th October, as our community gathers to raise funds for the commendable work of the Royal British Legion. A brief service at the garden of remembrance at Christ Church will commence at 11 am.

Following the service, we'll venture into the Town Centre, where various visitor attractions await, including the return of our replica Spitfire!
